Sales Executive

The Sales Executive plays a pivotal role in expanding our B2B distribution channels, building relationship with retail partners and driving company’s revenue growth. Our ideal candidate is a fast learner and has great expectation of him/herself and is highly motivated to achieve sales target. 

The key responsibilities include:

Account Management and Development
  • Managing and nurturing business relationships with key retailers. 
  • Collaborating with retail partners to expand outlet listings and reach.
  • Collecting payment timely.
Lead Generation
  • Prospecting new business opportunities with new retailers within the same channel.
  • Expanding potential new channels by actively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. 
Retail Marketing Initiatives
  • Collaborating with retail partners to develop promotional strategies to increase sales.
  • Working closely with the team to communicate promotional efforts through online and offline platforms.
  • Visiting retail outlets on a regular basis to ensure sufficient stock replenishment.
Sales Analytics
  • Monitoring and analysing sales performance of each account.
  • Monitoring and analysing each promotional strategies with retailers.
  • Providing sales report with insights, learnings and recommendations.
Trade Shows
  • It is compulsory to participate at all company’s trade shows within Kuala Lumpur and Johor. Additional remuneration and incentives will be provided.
Job Requirement:
  • Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or any business-related field.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in Sales, Marketing or Business Development (Experience in the retail scene is a bonus).
  • A proven history of successful lead generation, sales achievements and fostering successful business partnerships.
  • Results-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales target.
  • Strong communicator and problem solver.
  • Great negotiation skills.
  • Strong English literacy (Fluent in Mandarin / Bahasa speaking is a bonus).
  • Owns and drives to work and travel for sales.

Full job description
  • Create visually appealing and compelling content, including text, images, videos, and graphics, tailored to different social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, XHS).
  • Publish posts according to the established social media content calendar
  • Work closely with marketing team to ensure every piece of content maximises engagement, traffic and reach and boost sales.
  • Manage all Company’s social media accounts  which include but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, XHS and Tiktok.
  • Monitor, track, analyse and report on all social media performance using tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook insights.
  • Research and evaluate the latest trends and techniques to find new and better ways of measuring social media activities.
  • Research market trends and developments relevant to campaign subject matter.
  • [BONUS] Able to conduct LIVE Streaming to introduce, promote and demonstrate Company's products as a Host on various online platforms.
  • [BONUS] Preparing livestream devices and organise displayed products before livestream.

Qualification
  • Possess a Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing, Media, Communications, or any related field.
  • Proven experience as a Social Media Content Creator or similar role, with a portfolio showcasing creative content across different social media platforms.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and trends.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite), video editing tools (e.g. Capcut), and social media scheduling platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional creativity and a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
    • Familiarity with social media advertising and paid promotion strategies is a plus.

Full job description
  • Safekeeping and filling all documents
  • Liaise with related parties/departments on documentation.
  • Plans, Implement and Monitor the documentation Control/Flow
  • Manage data entry.
  • Support related Departments on forecast/order management and planning activities.
  • Responsible for running internal administration of the warehouse department.
  • Execute warehouse duty.
  • Any other job assignment required by the immediate superior and/ or the management from time to time.
  • To ensure good housekeeping and security at the warehouse office.
  • Any ad-hoc job assigns from time to time basis.
Qualification
  • Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, any field.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
  • At least 1 year (s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
