  1. Shipping cost is calculated in Ringgit Malaysia at checkout and varies depending on the country you are located at when making purchase.
  2. Shipping fee will be calculated upon check out.
  3. International shipping duration: 3 – 5 working days.

  • Shipping duration is based on working days (Monday - Friday).
  • All orders placed Monday - Friday before 12pm will be shipped within 24 hours. All orders placed after the cut off time will ship the following business day.

  • All Malaysia orders are shipped using DHL e-Commerce. Upon dispatch of your order, a courier tracking number will be emailed to you for ease of reference. You may track the progress of your shipment at any time here: DHL Parcel Tracking.
  • Singapore orders are shipping using Teleport while the rest of international orders are shipped using DHL Express. Shipping Destination

All orders are shipped from Malaysia warehouse. We ship to Malaysia, Singapore, Australia, Brunei, India, Indonesia, Philippines, Vietnam, United States, United Kingdom and Thailand only. If you wish to ship to other countries, kindly contact us for shipping rates. Please note that we do not ship to China, Taiwan, Japan, Hong Kong and Macau.

PO Boxes

We are unable to deliver to Post Office (PO) box or Parcel Locker addresses. Our couriers can only accept deliveries to standard addresses.

Order Process

We endeavour to process your order within two working days. Upon order confirmation, you will receive an order confirmation email and a tracking code for your shipment.

Liability of Little Good Life

Please check all your order details carefully before processing your order. Little Good Life will not take responsibility for any product lost or stolen that is addressed incorrectly due to incorrect information entered on your order form.If you are unavailable to receive the order, our courier partner will contact you to arrange a re-delivery at a suitable time. If our partners are unable to reach you after multiple attempts, your package will be returned to Little Good Life.

Return Policy

At Little Good Life, we pride ourselves in delivering product and service excellence. If you are not happy with your purchase, we will make things right for you. We believe we can work together to make your purchase a positive experience. Our shipments are carefully packed and inspected before leaving our warehouse. In the event you receive a faulty item, please follow the instructions below.

Please note that all purchases are non-refundable. Returns or exchanges are strictly for defective items due to hygiene reasons.

  1. All sales are final. Orders cannot be cancelled after the order is confirmed. No refunds, exchanges or cancellation will be entertained.
  2. We do not offer any form of refunds for any situations.
  3. We do not accept return and exchange in the events of change of mind, general dissatisfaction or incorrect purchase.
  4. All SALE and promotional-priced items are non-returnable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
  5. In the events parcel is returned to us due to incorrect address and/or incorrect contact number, delivery charge will be imposed to redeliver the parcel to the correct address.

What if I receive damaged/incorrect items?

Please send us an email at enquiry@lilgoodlife.com within 48 hours upon receiving your package with the following details:

  1. Order number (eg. #1234)
  2. Mobile number
  3. Photos or video of the damaged/defective item(s)
  4. Photo of packing list

You may be required to return the incorrect item(s). The returned item(s) must be in its original packaging, unused and in the same condition as you received it. You will receive a confirmation email during our working hours Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm. Return process will take 2 to 3 working days.
